Dear friends and family, Forgive me please…as I'm sorry you're all here today;
I wish that somehow, I could hold you and kiss you...but there simply isn't a way.
Let my example, serve as a guide...as each day decisions you make;
Let my spirit, continue with you...and do not my life forsake.
One bad decision is all that it takes, and instantly dreams are shattered;
Now here's your chance, to prove that you care, and show that my life has mattered.
Remember for always...the good times we've shared, and not how my life has ended
Enjoy all the memories we've had together, in time your hearts will have mended.
Now let me get going, I'll just be asleep...Don't worry, I soon hope to rise;
And If it's God's will, since he is the judge...I'll wake up in Paradise.
